Livia and her 4 siblings came to SoCo Rescue after their owner decided he didn't want puppies. Unfortunately, as with too many people, the owner didn't think about this prior to Livia's mother getting pregnant by having her spayed, resulting in yet another unwanted litter. But we know that someone will definitely want Livia as she is a very sweet and playful girl. She's also very smart, immediately learning to be leash trained and should be fairly easy to house train. She also has the ability to learn many things if her adopter will properly train her. Her wonderful personality makes her a great family pet. Livia has received all of her first year vaccinations and wormings, has been started on a monthly heart worm preventative and treated for all known parasites, such as coccidia and giardia, as a precautionary measure. She is a very healthy puppy. Livia will need to be spay once she reaches the age of 6 months, which is a requirement to adopting her prior to that age. She will also receive a micro-chip when adopted. Livia will most likely grow to be around the 45-50 lb range.
